Read the whole Agreement before you sign. Take your time.

Confirm you agree to sign electronically, then type or draw your signature.

Get your copy
Once everyone has signed, the signed copy is emailed to you, with a signing certificate as its last page.
Signing electronically
Recognised in Australia
Electronic signatures are recognised under Australian law, including the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth) and the matching state and territory laws. Before you sign, you confirm you agree to sign electronically.
Your privacy
Only the people named on an Agreement can open it, each through their own private link. When you sign, we record your name, email address, the time, and your internet address and device. That record appears on the signing certificate so everyone can see how the Agreement was signed.
Is this email really from Upskilled?
- Our emails come from noreply@upskilled.edu.au.
- Signing links always start with https://sign.upskilled.edu.au.
- We will never ask for a password, bank details or a payment to sign an Agreement.

Common questions
Do I need an account or a password?
No. The link in your email is private to you, and it is all you need.
Can I sign on my phone?
Yes. Upskilled Sign works on a phone, a tablet or a computer.
What if something in the Agreement is wrong?
Don't sign it. You can decline and tell us why, and Upskilled will be in touch. Or call Student Support first.
Can I get my signed copy again later?
Your signed copy is emailed to you. Your link also lets you download it for 30 days after everyone has signed.
